Conclusion

• Green channel of greyscale image from RBG gives better clarity for blood vessel images. 
• Compared to previous method, the process is added up by performing the morphological process which is opening by reconstructing and followed by applying Top-Hat Transformation.

• However, by comparing with hand-labelled image from both database, the propose method does not actually improving the accuracy.
• Future prospect- improve the method by differentiating the lesion so that the image accuracy and sensitivity can be improved.
